I am Joe Baker. I am a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington DC and the University of Tennessee College of Law. I was born and raised in East Tennessee and I have worked in the legal community here for a number of years. I have diverse legal experience as a US Air Force JAG officer and as a former prosecutor from the State of Tennessee. After serving as an assistant district attorney, I began my law practice with a passion for serving my clients. With extensive litigation experience and education, I have successfully defended criminal charges ranging from DUI to first-degree murder, and I have won battles for victims in wrongful death and injury actions. I am a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College, the Tennessee District Attorney’s Training Seminar, and the United States Air Force Staff Judge Advocates Course. I am a life member of both the National and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Our firm is honored to have represented clients from all over the United States and all types of criminal and personal injury matters.
